The District of Columbia requires all students under the age of 26 to demonstrate that they have received certain immunizations. If you are under the age of 26, you must have your physician complete the Immunization Record. It is possible for Catholic University to issue your immigration documents if you do not have evidence of the immunizations. However, you may not be allowed to enroll in classes if you are unable to provide evidence of immunizations shortly after arrival in the U.S.

NOTE: Students attending the School of Nursing program must also submit additional documentation as evidence that they have completed the requirements to participate in clinical procedures. This documentation should be submitted with the student's application.
